Responsible for communicating necessary information to the members pertaining to policies and procedures.  Duties include; answering phones, assisting with membership questions, concerns and tours, membership sales, program registration and computer data entry.  Will provide exemplar service by being open, friendly and approachable to members of a diverse population.  Requires computer, written and oral communication skills.  Individual must be detail oriented, friendly and out going.  Prefer bi-lingual, English/Spanish.

Looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, interactive, and compassionate instructor to lead a beginner level group exercise class that highlights a different class format each week (3 2 1, Cardio Pump, Reps, 20/20/20).  This instructor must have good communications skills, be able to provide encouragement, be proficient in cuing exercises, and have experience with a wide variety of group exercise class formats.

Looking for an energetic, demonstrative, and engaging instructor to lead an intermediate/advanced level group exercise class.  The instructor must have a passion for group exercise, be creative and innovative, and have strong leadership skills.  They must understand and avoid contraindicated exercises and ensure the safety of all participants.  The format of the class should be invigorating while providing a variety of cardio, strength, and endurance exercises.

Kid’s Corner will supervise children ages 6 weeks to 9 years old. Staff will implement developmentally appropriate activities ensuring the children’s safety. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have the ability to work well and build friendly, positive relationships with children and adults. Must have strong problem solving skills and be able to act on own initiative following YMCAS policies and procedures.

Individual needed for direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students is swim lessons. The position is primarily responsible for teaching all levels of the YMCA swim lessons programs. Must be 16 years of age or older, current and valid, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer and a YMCA Lifeguard certification recommended. Certification of YMCA Swim Lesson Certification or W.S.I is preferred. Position also requires excellent swimming skills plus a varied aquatic background. Must be able to provide good public relations with children and adults.
